rent an apartment in Ann Arbor, near Washtenaw and Huron Parkway. I got a job offer out west, so I need to break my lease in October, which would be a pain. I’m looking for a sublettor to take over the lease, and I’m very flexible. You could either:

1) Take over the lease in October, and I’ll split your first month’s rent with you

Or

2) You can move in whenever you want, be my roommate till October, and then take over the lease. You’d have your own room, and I can make way for whatever furniture you’ve got. Move in tomorrow, August, September, I don’t care. I’d ask for half the rent ($390) but I’ll cover all the utilities (electric, internet, cable, water) until October.

Basically, I’m willing to work with you to accommodate your needs. You take over my lease in October, and until then, save a boatload of cash.

The apartment is on the third (top) floor, 2 bedrooms, big living room, nice kitchen, and is in great condition. It’s got a powerful air conditioner. It’s less than a five minute walk from a bus stop, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a sweet park, a yoga studio, liquor store, and thrift shop. There’s a washer/dryer in the basement, and I’ve never had any problems of any sort here. I dont have pets, but neither I nor the management have anything against them. Rent is $780 a month, and bills are roughly electric ($30/m) internet and cable ($100/m) and water ($20/m)
